Minuscule 191 (in the Gregory-Aland numbering), ε 224 (Soden), is a Greek minuscule manuscript of the New Testament, on parchment. Palaeographically it has been assigned to the 12th century.〔K. The codex contains a complete text of the four Gospels on 180 elegant parchment leaves (size ).〔 The text is written in one column per page, in 27 lines per page,〔 in black ink.〔 The text is divided according to the (''chapters''), whose numbers are given at the margin in Latin.〔 It contains Prolegomena, αναγνωσεις (''lessons'' – later hand), and subscriptions at the end of each book, with numbers of στιχοι.〔 〕
